Finally, you are happy with your life and achievements but that’s not enough dear. Your happiness is not important until and unless the people wont satisfy… and they wouldn’t happened ever.
Even ,if you are trying really hard to live in your own way and being self centered. But, it is quite impossible to not to care about negative comments, judgments, criticism, body shaming and all the harmful vibes all around you.
These negative vibes and energies would switch happiness to the sadness instantly. These vibes are unknowingly absorbed by your unconscious mind . Which will result into overthinking leading to stress and anxiety. It will make you low , demotivated and depressed.
So, the question is how we can make people stop saying and spreading negativity?
The answer is No, we cant change them.. But yes, we can stop them effecting us!
Build up a strong protective shield around you. So, that these negative vibes couldn’t enter into your zone. Which we called Aura. We need to continuously work on our psychology and self motivation practices in our daily life.
First step, is the Self acceptance and Self love. Leave all the fear , insecurities , guilt and any other self degrading feelings. You are the only one, who could stand for yourself in any time of tough situation or circumstances. You worth to be loved and accepted by you. This is the only reason that , we always search and look for external love and appreciation. If yu are self loved and appreciated. You never get influenced by not getting love and care from outside.
Always show gratitude towards god for being blessed with good health and wealth. Start manifestation of positivity all around you. Start appreciating all the little things you have in your life. Fuel up your soul and mind with all the positive thoughts.
Stop making comparisons, in spite of it ... embrace all the positive points of others in your life.
Stand in the front of mirror and embrace the beauty and self image in your mind.
Talk to yourself daily, before going to bed and make yourself a trustworthy friend of yours.
Always live in the moment, never in the past and not in the future.
Visualize the life you want and start living it like you already had that .
It will create a miracle in your life that you will be amazed with all the desired things you get.
